Where does your money go?

With the Red Cross, you can be sure the money you raise will go directly to providing help where it’s needed most.

Here’s just a few examples:

  • The £1 you put in a bucket? That could pay for a month’s counselling for a child affected by conflict in Sierra Leone.
  • The £5 you collected could provide water purification tablets for 60 people.
  • The £50 you raised through a collection? That could loan wheelchairs to two vulnerable people in the UK for one month, enabling them to live more independently and remain in their own home.
  • The £100 you collected at a dress code red event at your work? That could train ten people in life-saving first aid skills.
